Good to know
This is a small (650 sq. ft.) one bedroom house we call the Yellow Cottage. It was totally redone in 2022 and 'feels new' on the inside with all the modern amenities of AC/Heat, new appliances, etc. This is a great space for one or two people for a long or short stay. It can sleep 2 extra people on the pull out trundle bed in the living space as well. Everything is included for cooking meals, there's also coffee and tea options! If he weather is decent, which it often is in Grants Pass, there's also an outdoor cooking/ BBQ and eating area. There's a workspace with good wifi. The location is great if you like to walk or bike as you can get to Riverside park or downtown with eating drinking and shopping options all within about 10-15 minutes walking. This property has 2 private cottages on it which are close but not connected. There's plenty of free off street parking. Come for a long or short stay and enjoy all that Grants Pass and beautiful southern Oregon has to offer.
